Appraising jewelry is a field where values play a major role. If there is no jewelry to appraise, their is no value. I was watching the Michelle Obama speech last night looking for the jewelry and all I saw was a small pair of pearl stud earrings and a wedding ring. She is a very attractive lady and would look even more attractive with some tasteful jewelry to set off her style. It does not have to be expensive or ostentacious.
